Bhoomi is a free information-consolidation service operated by eezi. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Service purpose

Bhoomi helps users organise and review land-related information available from public sources and user-supplied records. It is not a title certificate, legal opinion, valuation, survey, lending decision or government record.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information, use the service lawfully, protect your email access, and independently verify material decisions with certified records and qualified legal, revenue, survey or financial professionals.

Sources and availability

Government portals and issuing authorities remain authoritative. Public sources may be unavailable, incomplete or changed without notice. Bhoomi does not guarantee continuous access or that every record exists online.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, evade source controls, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use information to harass, discriminate or commit fraud.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, eezi is not liable for decisions made solely from an automated report, public-source interruption, or errors in third-party or user-supplied data.
