Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bhoomi by eezi handles information used for account access, service communication and service monitoring.

Information collected

We collect the registration information shown on the form: full name, email address, mobile number, user type, organisation or institution name when applicable, optional designation or role, email-updates choice, policy acceptance records, registration time, last login and account status. We also record limited site-use events such as page opens, sessions and verification outcomes.

How information is used

We use this information to verify email access, operate the free service, communicate about the service, prevent abuse, understand usage and send optional updates only when separately selected.

Storage and protection

User and monitoring data is maintained in access-controlled Google Workspace storage in the dedicated “Bhoomi by eezi” folder. Verification codes expire after 10 minutes, are single-use and are stored only as secure hashes. Codes are not logged. Reasonable access controls and rate limits are applied.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers needed to operate email, hosting and Google Workspace, or disclosed when required by law. Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for service, security, compliance and legitimate operational purposes.

Your choices

Email updates are optional and separate from service registration. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and security requirements.
